Laundromat Questions:
What are your hours?
We are open from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. weekdays, 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. weekends. The last load is 8:00 p.m.
Do you have any large machines for comforters?
Yes, we have several large machines to handle larger items.
What type of payment do your machines take?
We take coins, mobile payment, credit and debit cards.
Do you have wi-fi?
Yes, we have free wi-fi.
What if I forget my detergent?
We have vending machines that sell detergent.
Damages that occur due to washing
We are only responsible for the cost of the wash and fold price. We are not responsible for the damages that happens during washing and drying. Damage refund is limited to $100. In order to receive reimbursement, any damaged items must be reported in writing to lavlaundryservice@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the delivery of the completed order. Photos of damaged items must be included in any emailed claim. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All decisions on damaged items are in lavender laundry's sole discretion and are final.
Wash and Fold Questions:
What is the turnaround time for wash and fold?
We will have your clothes ready in 24 - 48 hours.
What kind of detergent do you use?
Ecos, Tide, Gain.
What if I want my clothes washed a certain way?
We will wash your laundry according to your preferences.
Do you wash my clothes by themselves?
Yes. We never wash your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery:
What days do you have pickup/delivery?
We provide service Monday-Sunday from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
What if I can't be home when you do pickup laundry service?
You can leave your bag of clothes on your porch, backyard, behind the gate, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage. Just tell us in the software where your clothes will be located.
What is the turnaround time?
We will have your clean clothes back to you 24 -48 hours later.
